Yes I Confess. I Watch It.

The Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader show, that is.  I didn't grow up in Texas (where it would seem that all little girls dress up like a DCC for Halloween and/or dream of growing up and being a DCC).  I also didn't really (and still don't) care that much about the cheerleaders once the squad is picked.  But for some reason I am drawn to this show where girl-women try out in hopes of making the squad.  The first few episodes whittle down the group of 500 to the ones invited to training camp.  Then the rest of the shows focus on training camp and the possibility of getting called into the office only to be told that , "Tonight will be your last night."

Yes, it's high drama.  And it's low on uniforms in terms of sizing and material.  It's high in mascara.  It's high in cleavage.  The jump split is everything.  Tonight was uniform fitting night, even though one girl was cut.  That meant tonight was also high in tears.

The question is still out there - who will end up with stars around their (teeny-tiny) hips??  Tune in on Friday nights to find out!!
