The Color Run

This "run" was a "5K" (which seemed the shortest three miles I've ever covered, therefore leading me to believe that it was less than a 5K) which involved trotting along a course and getting doused with powdered paint.   It was a lot of fun with friends, and also involved changing clothes in a parking garage while two people were putting together their hoveround, going to eat at Amerigo's while still mostly covered in paint, and showering for awhile to return my skin color to its normal pasty pale.   In other words, just another day!!

Ah, the pristine cleaness of clean white shirts!

See the fuzzy cloudy pink and blue puffs down by the stadium? That's paint being thrown!

We made it through all paint stations and paused for a scenic view by the river.

We be done, and we be painty-ful!!
